Blue Ridge Mountains
Sun brightly shining in the sky
Carolina blue sky above
Slowly up Mt. Mitchell
Crystal clear air caressing our faces
Beautiful sea of green trees swaying in the breeze
Mountain ridges rippling into the distance
Blue smoky mountains serenity flooding my spirit
Mysteries giving me my faraway homeland
Misty autumn mountain day
Millions of colorful leaves sparkling like gems
Hundreds of different shaped leaves dancing on the wind
Happy feelings pouring into my soul
Swift wind cutting the colorful leaves from the trees
Soaring on the breeze then fluttering down, sadly
Brisk cold winds blowing over the leaves
Bristly trees sleeping bare
